The Housing Bureau is no longer handling hotel reservations. All new hotel reservations should now be made directly with the hotel. It is always prudent to get confirmation in writing on hotel letterhead. Bring written confirmation with you for hotel check-in.
Tell the reservation desk you are with Torcon 3 in order to get the convention rate, if there are any rooms left in our room block. Avoid using hotel chain central reservation numbers when booking for a convention. If the central reservation office still has the room block in their system, they may see the hotel as full event if it is not.
If, after trying each of the convention hotels, your are still not able to get a room, the Housing Bureau may be able to find one for you in another local hotel. Call them at 1-800-363-1990.
