Well, I'd be happy if SOMEONE would at least give it the once-over during the weekend!
But as far as the bad housekeeping and health issues, those were only a small part of the gripes I had, I just mention them by way of disclosure, in case I seemed to be too disgruntled in respect to the way the actual convention (not the hotel) was run.
During MilPhil, I experienced a lot of delays, a lot of things not being where they were supposed to be, things being more expensive for less service provided, and a lot more walking between widely spread out events. On the whole, I didn't get the feeling that things were nearly as organized or tightly controlled as Chicon. But then again, maybe I'm too critical.
My actual question is, question is, does anyone "in the know" have a feeling as to which one of these past events Torcon will be the most similar?
