I thought the dealers room was a lot smaller than usual. The art show had a lot of empty spaces.
One thing to remember about woldcons they are put on by volunteers not professionals.
To Boston, I like the message board, I liked the resturant guide but would have prefered seeing a map where the resturants are.
Some worldcons do the main programming 10am to 6pm not 10am to 11pm. I can see why it was tried. My main programming problem was one panel was in the convention center and the next at the royal york two blocks away.
